Multi‑Supplier LCL Consolidation Solution
2026-08-27 18:20:31

Our Solution: Consolidation Warehouse + One‑Shipment Export

Consolidation CFS Warehouse: All suppliers deliver cargo to our designated consolidation hub (multi‑warehouse options for proximity).

Inbound Cargo Management: System records supplier info, PO numbers, package‑weight‑dimension data and shipment status, with real‑time updates shared with buyers.

Optional Pre‑shipment Inspection: On‑site random inspection for appearance & quantity. Defects are identified early to avoid unpleasant surprises at destination.

Cut‑off & Container Lock: Set firm cargo cut‑off date per vessel schedule. LCL consolidation starts once all goods arrive or the cut‑off is reached.

Unified Customs Declaration & Export: We act as the exporter for one‑time customs filing.

HBL‑based Split Delivery: Cargo is distributed at destination port against House Bill of Lading; documents are split per buyer / factory requirements.

Benefits for Buyers

Cost Saving: Freight is amortized via LCL consolidation, eliminating expensive separate shipments from multiple vendors.

Higher Efficiency: Single bill of lading, one‑time Customs Clearance, synchronized cargo arrival.

Full Visibility: End‑to‑end milestone tracking, early alerts for exceptions.

Critical Operation Notes

Strictly enforce the cargo cut‑off date. Delay from one supplier will hold up the whole container and cause vessel miss.

Standardize shipping marks: Require all factories to apply identical main marks for easy sorting at warehouse.

Pre‑record estimated volumes: Collect forecast volume from suppliers upon order placement for advance container planning.
